How we differ

Adult floors beside Root Pediatrics

One address for adults and kids - collaborative therapists, evidence-based plans, and dignity in every visit.

Whole-family lanes

Adult PT/OT and pediatric PT/OT/speech share a clinic culture without forcing kids into an adult gym vibe.

Root-cause focus

Plans look past the loudest symptom - posture, tissue restrictions, nervous system load, and home carryover.

Montana access

You can often start physical therapy without a referral under Montana direct access rules - ask us if you are unsure.

Before you arrive

First visit without the fog

Straight answers patients ask before they walk into Suite 2.

Do I need a referral?

Montana often allows direct access to physical therapy. If your insurer wants a referral, we will help you sort it before care starts.

What should I wear?

Loose clothes you can move in. Bring imaging notes if you have them, plus a list of goals that matter for work, trails, or school.

How long is a session?

Most visits land between 30 and 60 minutes. Frequency is personal - many plans run two to three days a week for several weeks.

Inside the room

Landscape light, clinical tools

Sage walls, steady tables, and movement gear - not a spa lobby script.
